Careers
The project has two objectives relating to careers:- To give children an understanding of what Earth science careers exist in industry, teaching, research etc.
- To enthuse them with the content and potential of those careers, so they will see the need to pursue education and training necessary to achieve them.
We will use existing web-based and printed resources, similar to those provided by the Geological Society of London, presenting them in a way that will make them accessible and fascinating to 14-15 year olds and also offering backup advice.
